Our organization was founded on the legacy of the late Clearchus “Bobby” Byars who was a visionary, entrepreneur, and mentor.
Bobby Byars believed that everyone deserved a chance and he often challenged others with the phrase, “If you want it, go get it”. His mentoring model fuels the mission of this organization.
